The company was established in business in 2017, under the legal form of PRIVATE COMPANY [I.K.E].
Ιn January 2019 it was converted to Societe Anonyme (S.A.) dealing mainly with the construction and management of Public – Private Technical Works, the Consulting services in the technical and investment sector and also the creation of Integrated Services’ System (Facility Management).
The company has established headquarters in privately owned offices in the area of Kalamaria and warehouses in the region of Assiros, Municipality of Lagkadas. Today the company employs permanent staff and many skilled workers.
Ιn January 2019 the company merged the split-off business sector “Technical Sector of Public Works” of a societe anonyme with multiannual experience in constructions of Public and Private Works, acquiring thus the dynamics and the required expertise and know- how to manage and build any complex project.
